Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2 Message Board  

I bought the game a few weeks ago, then i found and installed a no cd fix. yesterday i tried playing the game in multiplayer with one of my friends. we both installed patch 1.06
But my version shows some weird version in options menu.

Is it because of the nocd? and if so:
is there any way to fix this?

Most games do not allow online play if you have a CDfix. Most games that you can play online without the CD are the ones that don't need the disc in the first place.
