Type help and you will get a list of all commands,use Page Up and Page Dn keys to scroll through the commands.I sent these cheats in but they haven't added them to the list yet.

Yes its same as Gothic 3 Open the ge3.ini file in the Gothic3/Ini folder and change the following line in Notepad:
[Game]
TestMode=false
to
[Game]
TestMode=true
You can then press [~] (tilde) while playing to bring up the console.
