It seems that everything works find but option 6. While it does set the thing to 0, it doesn't seem to do anything to the people after you but **** them off. Is there a certain way to use this option?

This option just help keep the wanted level off the car. Like if they where chasing you, once a chase is over they would immediately start chasing you again on sight with a high level. Once you escape with this option on they will not get after you again on sight until you do something to trigger it.
The option does not remove busted, or cool down time. Those options will have to be added to the trainer, or you can use MHS and find the values yourself. Just for now, that's what I did.
