Probably the Russian PPSH, you can mow a whole row of guys down in an instant, I've always liked this weapon in WW2 games. I didn't care for their version of the Thompson this time around and the weapons usually my favorite.
Others-
Mosin Nagant (Best rifle for sniping in my opinion) Browning M1919A6
The main thing I loved about the game is taking a heavy machine gun with you (whatever the model) and setting it up in the exact right spot mowing down everybody in front of you...overall MoH does a better job on their weapons.
