I think be better hope that the new title worth all the waitings!

Basically, there will be "3 Mini-Campaigns" which each consist of 3 missions:
"Episode 1: Tiger Ace: Control Tiger Tank Ace Hauptmann Voss's highly decorated Tigergruppen against the British 7th Armored Division on D-Day in one of the most famous tank battles of WWII.
Episode 2: Causeway: Command and American Paratrooper Company in the hours following the initial D-Day landings.
Episode 3: Falaise Pocket: Command the Wehrmacht Army as your soldiers try and hold off the advancing Allied army. "
Also, in campaign it has the same "Level up & Experience" system as DoW2 (Dawn of War 2) which allows you to upgrade your Command units (the important units, not the meat shields)
So that means: no Soviets, no Italians, no Pacific front, no Vietnam and other variations posted earlier, but a spin-off campaign in Normandy. Few new units, and few new skins but no decked out new faction to play as.

Unless they come out with a new/redesigned engine for the game, the system reqs should be very close if not identical to the ones for Opposing Fronts.
Maybe they'll tweak and optimize some features for Vista or quad-core processors, something along those lines.
My hope is that existing modding tools will work with the new game.
I must say, Relic and THQ have set the bar very high with the original CoH and Opposing Fronts.

The one thing I want more than anything is a true and complete object editor... If that one thing is finished and perhaps even included with the ToV expansion it will make for an entirely new universe of game play options.
I honestly don't want to stick my neck out too far nor make grandiose promises, but let's just say that a true and complete object editor that specifically allows for the animation of models can pretty much open the door for a LOT LOT LOT (did I mention a LOT?!?!) of things that are not currently possible or available in game or with the modding tools currently available...
Frankly, I'd want that FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR more than literally anything they could possibly put into the expansion.

I'm pretty sure the direct-fire/control of individual units in RTS's has been accomplished several times over already. ie. men of war, faces of war. The feature is definitely entertaining, just not as cutting edge as claimed. I'll be honest I was sorely disappointed when i learned the expansion pack merely compounds upon the already given sides. Never the less, I'm still buying it.
