You need a 70000 credits for that. (my money is 71286... was)

Step by step:

1. open artmoney
2. launch NFSU
3. go to the shop
4. and buy 3 japanese cheap cars (sylvia, 240sx and rx8)
5. then go to garage and press (2) for sell, but not confirm that
6. in the window with a price - search the numbers in artmoney
7. and again
8. and again (i need 2 times)
9 then, if your value of a car price is change with your car, what you want to sell > you have correct adress.
10. CHANGE VALUE TO 8000000 (for example), then freeze it... AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY!

What was your address for it? You never know every game could use the same address?

I tried and failed.. I'm not a master or pro at hex editing but i searched for my money and it found 1000 of them, for a test i changed them all and nothing happened. So im unsure what to do.

after first search you need to change a car and filter the new price, then repeat.

Ah got it! Thanks. Would you know how to hexedit cars to make them unlocked?

ok so..
the way i see it as

1. open artmoney
2. launch nfsu using artmoney
3. sell one of your cars but do not confirm it
4. minimize nfsu and search for your current cash
5. confirm selling
6. minimize again and search for new price?
