Think before you speak. If you're playing online, then you're playing on a server. If you're playing on a server, then client-side cheats, as in the trainer, won't work.

The ones that are saying that this "works on steam" are you saying that this works for multiplayer? If so, are you not worried about a ban?

No, they mean it works with the Steam purchased version of the game versus the retail boxed copy. We don't create or support multiplayer cheats here.
