Every time I start my personalized trainer, it pops up my download manager (Flashget) twice: first for www.cheathappens.com/unauthorized/0.zip, then for www.cheathappens.com/unauthorized/#########.zip (numbers obscured with #s). Each time I have to cancel the download. The trainer works fine. This has not happened with prior trainers. I would like it to not do this.

Sorry, this is a compatibility issue with your download manager, not with our trainers. Disable the download manager when you need to use a trainer or try to find a way to exclude the trainers from the app.
