How do you get into the war room? I hacked the computer and opened the door but I can't get through

How do you get into the war room? I hacked the computer and opened the door but I can't get through the fence or jump up to the boxes next to the fence.

This game has some very bad jump control sections.I had to perch on the small containers in the corner just across from the large crates next to the fence and after many tries I finally jumped high enough to get on the crates next to the fence after that you just jump over the electified fence and continue on.Be prepared for many more crappy jump sequences through out this game.Also the higher the resolution setting the more accurate your weapons aim will be.
