What do I have to do or where do I have to go to learn how to use power armor? 🤔

play the main storyline.
you will eventually get to the citadel, where you can be tought to wear power armor.
but if you want to cheat, there is also a console command that enables your character to wear power armor.
it's: setpccanusepowerarmor 1
its so fast it can do an infinite loop in thirty seconds!! =)
