They don't typically go backwards when updating the trainer options, only forward.

My trainer for the unpatched version, for some reason it gives the opposite team the exact benefits that I am and they keep going nuts with the special weapons, like they have infinite

only 1.03 and 1.04 have anti AI trainer useage

I have windows vista home premium with sp1.

from what i have read on this board, the biggest cause is the "so called" fixed exe crack. its just a renamed version of the 1.00 exe.

you can either reinstall back to a previous version of the game, or don't use the crack.
