Regarding the Trainer 1.03, Unlimited Money, Energy, Protocol P....

Ah, the title could not fit it all.
Anyways, whenever I use the instant sidebar powers both the Russian and Allied super weapons come online instantly and have no cool down, but the empire's appear to not activate straight away, then require to charge again, any clues on this? Screenshots/video will come tomorrow if needed, its 2 AM And I need some sleep.

This is in the new trainer and Caliber said it is hard if not impossible to change this in a way that the AI would still not benefit from the instant powers also.
This is unforunatly something we have to live with
