Cant get console up on Fallout 3 PC Message Board - Page 1

I press tidle key but the console wont show, why not? do i need to write anything to get console like on CSS?

Go to my documents/fallout 3/config.(use notepad to open it)now you need to find console"0" and to change it to console"1"

i found it
"bAllowConsole=1" it allready was 1
why wont it show?

just tried, dont work, i live in norway, where the console is usually over tab and left of 1 |§ but it wont work, ~ dont work either (that button is under backspace and left of enter and over *'
