So I want to become evil, but I don't really understand where you get your evil quests. I kill a lot of civilians and stuff, and I'm evil, but I dont really progress in the game.... So are there any quests you can do and get evil points instead of good? Sorry I'm a noob....

Dunno about quests but there are jobs that give you evil, like civilian displacement and assassinations.

only quest that gives lots of evil points is to massacre Oakfield. other then that sacrifice ppl in the temple of shadows. and drink beer and eat meat, they give you currupt points

Anything to do with the Temple of Shadows, eat Crunchy Chicks, sacrifice people, kill Giles...assassinations, going around randomly killing people...You know. That kind of stuff.

There are quite a few quests that can be done two ways -the good way or the evil way. Even your very first quest which pits you against Thag the Bandit to gain entry to Bowerstone. You simply have to take the slaver's offer after defeating Thag to complete the quest the evil way.
