This is an ingame bug and not a real cheat . Just get your ship (prefferably a transporter) to an argon weapon components plant. You'll find that it produces warheads but also has it as a secondary resource. Just buy as many as you can and then sell them again at the same plant. Just keep repeating this and you'll have all the cash you need in no time. The idea is that after you buy them the price will go up after you sell them the price will go down again. Transporter helps because you can buy/sell more at once making the price difference bigger and so you profit. This works for the original game. Not sure if it works for the update.
