yea i noticed that when using the Laser Gatling that it auto aims sometimes.

really should of been disabled on the PC version.

Agreed. oh and heres some hints about the topic.

    1. No one has bothered answering my question.
    2. Everyone is just complaining and not thinking/looking.

they didnt answer yes or no...but they did answer...

but ill answer for you...no you cannot turn it off, it is built into the mechanics of the game since it is an RPG and not an FPS....the entire aiming system is based on probability not "skill" ... when you are using the "free aim" its still like the VAT's system (which lets you target one person at a time) but without all of the slow motion and fancy camera angles

so no...you cannot turn it off

Yeah, unfortunately I and everyone else with the exception of McErny01 failed to properly make our point, actually we failed miserably.

There isn't an "auto-aim" per-se. It's just that with an RPG system....

    X1 X2

    Y

    X1/X2 Enemies, Y is You.
You shoot at X2 but hit X1 because the game picked a random number between 1-7, for example, 1 and 4 for X1, 3 and 7 for X2 and 2 and 5 to miss and chose your target... it's not an auto-aim really, just an example of how RPG's are so far different from FPS's that it's impossible to *truly* mix the two. But Bethesda's come as close as I think is humanly possible. When a super-A.I. makes a game like this it MIGHT be a better mix of RPG and FPS than they've done but I doubt games will ever be designed and written by A.I.
I'm Neurodivergent, unless explicit, please don't assume the nature of my posts. Text tone is hard, probly didn't mean it that way.
