Character editor ? on Fallout 3 PC Message Board - Page 1

Looking through the boards I see a lot of people having problems with both the trainers and not bein

Looking through the boards I see a lot of people having problems with both the trainers and not being able to get the console up and running.

Unfortunately I would be one of those which has problems with all of them, and I've tried every tips available, but same problem, so instead of trying to find cheats or find a way to get my console up and running I was wondering if anyone had ran into a character editor or the likes, I'm pretty sure that would solve my "cheating" issues hehe

Someone was making one, but I'm not sure how much they've got done. Go to this website and send a PM or email to the creator of the editor and ask him about it.
