I am doing the Blood Ties quest and I went to the three locations that Evan King mentioned. I can't seem to find Ian or the Family. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

it's @ seneca station, go down to the station to where the ghoul that ask you to get sugarbomb for him, just search around there for a secret sewer entrance near a pile of toxic waste, once down there just follow the map and you'll find it eventually.

Is there a way to get Ian West back without killing Vance? I get a quest failed message because I killed Vance to get the key to release Ian.

talk to other ppl some of them will give you the code to ian's cell.

I had high enough speech to ask Vance to talk to Ian and then convinced Ian to return home; also got the Family to agree to protect Arefu in exchange for blood packs
