one of the solution is ignoring the Reserves team...meaning do not put any one in the reserves team or put only weakest players in there...and try. worked a few times with sacking on/off.

Well, that's because you have a pirated version of the game. The game does a background check to see if your version is original and genuine, if not, the sacking bug kicks in.

Is not a bug. Is a finnancial issue.

You need have a positiv value in "Actual Incoming". Sorry, I don't speak too much english and don't know how to explain it. Is the 3rd option in the financial status.

I put 30 thousand millions iin the bank for 4 years and then, i'm winning more than 30 millions per month and can finish my seasons now.

Definitly, you need win more money than the expenses.

question is can you play the 2nd season with the same team with the same manager and finish and then move on to the 3rd and so on....?
