When you hire a staff it doesn't always put them in the position you hired them for. When you fire a staff it doesn't fire the person you chose but the person below them.
Trust is a fragile thing. Once trust is lost, it can be impossible to recover. Those we're closest to can betray us,and total strangers can come to our rescue. In the end, most people decide to trust only themselves. It really is the simplest way to keep from getting burned.

I want to know how I got sacked after the first season of my career with a team I made. Scotland div 3 team. I won the division, got the team promoted, made the team better, am building a bigger stadium, gave the team millions in cash from my own account, got manager of the year, the team got other awards, and I GOT SACKED!!??????!?!?!?!?
That's it, I'm starting over and turning sacking off.

Confirmed.
Came 2nd with Liverpool on Premier's League and I was still sacked.

Well, that's because you have a pirated version of the game. The game does a background check to see if your version is original and genuine, if not, the sacking bug kicks in.

you need a original disc and you must register with EA or sacking will continue. this game does some kind of check when you start your game and end up sacked at the end of the season. EA is going to do this to all of their future releases.
