    Player.SetWeaponHealthPerc x
Where x is the percentage of durability. It will set your currently equipped weapon. Maybe that can be bound to a key? Anyway, I found the command here. It's a full list of console commands.

There's a way to do that by dropping it and using the AddItemHealthPercent, I'm sure. but I need to figure out the variable for the item that you target with the console. What I mean is the command would be [variable].additemhealthpercent 100. At least that's the way I believe it would work.

well, apparently additemhealthpercent just adds the item to your inventory and requires you to specify the percentage of health it has. The syntax would be:
    player.additemhealthpercent ID# count,healthpercent

You do have the option to use player.inv
You can use page up and down to navigate your inventory, get the item id from there, and then just add it to your inventory, basically repairing it. You could then drop the useless one. Gotta admit it's a pain though. Still working on finding a command that can just repair an item.

Ok, got another way of doing this. It takes money and requires you to have a repair skill of 100. just type player.srm and it will open a merchant-style repair menu based on the player's repair skill, meaning you don't need duplicates to repair the items. There's probably an npc in the game somewhere that has a repair skill of 100 if you don't want to give yourself the 100 repair skill. Alternatively, you could set an npc's repair at 100 and just use their refid to call up the srm command. I believe the command would look like:
    srm (npc's id#)
