ok so i got to the end and saved it before i got there. i made the enclave president go boom by telling him to self destruct. after that i tried all 4 possible endings and to my suprise it all ends with FIN and credits and no continuing the game? i mean WHAT THE ***K IS THAT ABOUT... WHY HAVE SIDE MISSIONS IF YOU DONT GET TO DO EM.................. i am very pi***d off right now please some one tell me is there a wat to complete the main mission and still continue playing?

there is not, and the ending blows.

Rest of the game is fine. But the ending has no logical reasoning and lacks a true fallout multi-story epilogue.

When i finished the game i had only ending about purifier, but i didnt do side quest, so second time i did few quest or ex. oasis with harold and bob, second quest with my vault, killed slavers, but everything is the same.first talk about me and leaving the vault after that is about purifing water a thats it.WHERES ENDINGS ABOUT FUTURE OF EVERY CITY?bethesda failed

lets just hope some higher power of souls makes a mod for it called GAME DONT F***ING END WHEN YOU COMPLETE MAIN GOD DAMN QUEST (GREAT GODDAMN FU****G BETHESDA GAY FIX).

Pfeh, if you ask me the game has to little of everything.

I decided to go about it in a different manner, I do all the side quests before starting on the main quest, and what happens, I get just a few hours doing side quests before there is nothing else to do, so I do the main one, and poof game over.

This is nothing like Oblivion or the old fallout games, now I do like this game, but it could really use a content booster

Start by saying I love the game but what the f@&k happened to the end its like they got lazy slap a really bad ending together and said thats good use it. Come on I beat the game by turning on the project purity and boom the gay ending. And they say nothing about what happens left me hanging. Don't even know if I turned it on. But the game is great just stay away from the ending.

The ending just seem rushed.
And the main quest is so short, there's only like 6 or 7 parts to it, I thought I could do the main quest and then keep exploring. Nope...Game over...

Even Oblivion's main quest was twice as long.

And what happened to the Sexual Humor we all loved from Fallout 2!!!

I remember hitting up a girl at a farm and her father said we had to get married, when I said no he attacked me..
And being and adult movie star.
You don't see anything, but its funny because it makes you famous and every where you go people know you for it..lol

Its time for the modders to fix the mistakes..

ive finnished the game 5 times. you dont have to you can go and explore and find hundreds of side missions that will keep you busy for weeks.its not the main story that makes this game good it all the many side missions and new things to find that makes it a great game.ive been playing this game for a month(i had a early copy 360 ver)and i am still finding new things to do and explore.i cant remember a singleplay game that had this much replay value in the 15 years i have been into gaming.
