so other than using the console how in the game to i get the ability to wear the power armour
you will eventually enter the citadel during the mainquest.
there you will be granted powerarmor training if you ask the right people.
but it's not too hard to find those, because you can ask every single BoS-member about powerarmor and everyone of them will point you in the right direction. =)
also taking the training does make pretty much sense, because you will end up with a bunch of powerarmor wearing badasses a few steps later in the mainquest.

btw. how do you equip 2 armors at the same time?
the T-51b is pretty mighty, but i allways liked the style of the enclave armors more.
so what exactly do i have to do to equip both armors at the same time?
and what armor is visible ingame?

No their is only one TESLA ARMOR u can wear with ALL other armors u only get this "special" tesla armor with the cheat codes.
if you hold down the Tab button it turns on the head lights.
i'm using the tesla and T-51B.
Does it turn on the head lights or the pipboy3000 light? I thought it just turned on the pipboy3000 light.
I use the T-51B armor and when I press tab it just turns on the light on the PitBoy3000. Not the head lights.
i have actually looted that "other" tesla armor, all it is is a backpack....and if you drop it there is basically nothing there....kinda hard to pick back up if not impossible (it has the stats of standard enclave armor) - also, it can be equiped with any other armor piece but only really looks good with the other tesla armors (including the not available in game robo-thor armor)
so what is the code for that specific tesla armor then?
tesla armor: 6b464
tesla helmet: 6b465
tesla armor (the backpack): 8f571
(looks like tesla armor but is same stats as standard enclave armor)
robo-thor armor: cb5f8
robo-thor helmet: cb5f9
(looks like standard enclave armor but is "unique" and not available to the player - i think)
enclave shock trooper armor/helmet: cb5f3/cb5f4

i want to wait with my current character till i officially get the power armor training.
but if the tesla-thingy is really just the backpack, then its just the thingy on your back, that gets replaced by other thingy you carry on your back, like the ammo- and battery-thingy for the miniguns and the motorcycle fueltank you have on your back for the shishkebap.
does it really change anything having THAT part of the power armor equipped?
