where could i find this t-51 armor? (i know i could just use the additem command but ill do that on my second play through, want to actually find some the first time)

i have all the other power armors you mentioned except that one

Go to underworld and find Mister Crowley at the Ninth Circle or Carol's Place. Crowley will want you to kill some people and get some keys off their corpses. If you want the T-51B armor don't give him the keys and head out to Fort Constantine with the keys. In the fort you'll find a room with the T-51B armor in it.

...or if you give him the keys, after a while, he'll start sporting the T-51B while he's walking around Underworld. I got my first "pants exploded" from crowley and jacked the T-51B.

if you hold down the Tab button it turns on the head lights.
i'm using the tesla and T-51B.

so other than using the console how in the game to i get the ability to wear the power armour

well, tesla armor crashes my game, and the head adds some breathing apparatus on the back, still got that shield effect tho...

Does it turn on the head lights or the pipboy3000 light? I thought it just turned on the pipboy3000 light.

you will eventually enter the citadel during the mainquest.
there you will be granted powerarmor training if you ask the right people.
but it's not too hard to find those, because you can ask every single BoS-member about powerarmor and everyone of them will point you in the right direction. =)

also taking the training does make pretty much sense, because you will end up with a bunch of powerarmor wearing badasses a few steps later in the mainquest.

btw. how do you equip 2 armors at the same time?
the T-51b is pretty mighty, but i allways liked the style of the enclave armors more.

so what exactly do i have to do to equip both armors at the same time?
and what armor is visible ingame?
