Ranger Battle Armor is my personal favorite. DR 39, +5 AP, +1 Luck, +10 Small Guns, and doesn't hinder movement.

wait the T-51 doesn't have any negative stats at all so it shouldn't slow you down, it's the only power armor that doesn't have -1 agility

Tesla Armor!!!
I love this armor as well. The glowing eyes and that static electricity effect on the armor is awesome!
I just wish these armors had working headlights that you could turn on and off, or night vision of some sort. Somebody will probably mod these in one day.

Any code that will allow me to wear the power armor from the start just completed the game in rush to the finish now i want some payback on the raiders and merc's.

I am an old gamer and i need my trainers to help me complete them these days so i have started to look at what trainer options i have for my games and Cheat happens tend to not disappoint so thank you for the game enjoyment i can still have.
