Well I found a few faults with your post
Ahh well Graphics....It's the first of the series, come kinda new to the next gen consoles so hardly anybody mastered the power of the next gen console graphics.
Sprinting...The guy is like Usain Bolt or something? 🤔
Cars...Cars generally are fast anyway if you haven't noticed
The game was easy, Story line...What's so complicated, You get saved by a gang, join the gang, take over other gangs, get surposidy killed at the end... nothing complicated there unless you've been locked in a dark basement with no contact with the outside world all your life.
Basiclly every game has they're faults, Weather it's on purpose as Saint's Row wanted it to be old time grand theft auto where no realistic rules really apply.
But there's not a perfect game. GTA4, alot of flaws have been found in that, too realistic makes for a boring game experience? It's all a matter of opinion so chill out!

i agree a game that is too realistic makes it kinda boring but that also depends on what type of game that it is but in this case i thought it was a good game but it does have some fault, like the glitches that make you go into the ground and all that they got annoying but aside from that i could still just have fun playing it not caring about them
actually i know quite a bit about cars but the speed is insane, i don't know the speed limit on highways but it aint that fast. lol
yeah they sometimes get annoying with how fast there going if your forced to run away from cops on foot or something like that.
