Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Score +1
Numpad 2: Score - 1
Numpad 3: Hard Cap Increase
Numpad 4: Salary Cap Increase
Numpad 5: Staff Budget Increase
Numpad 6: Freeze Shot Clock
Numpad 7: End Quarter


Notes
-------

Numpad 1: Score +1 - activate this during game and the team with
the ball will have a score increase. You may not notice
the score change right away.

Numpad 2: Score - 1 - activate this during game and the team with
the ball will have a score decrease. You may not notice
the score change right away.

Numpad 3: Hard Cap Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 4: Salary Cap Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 5: Staff Budget Increase - activate this at the GENERAL MANAGER
section in the TEAM BUDGET section to see effect.

Numpad 6: Freeze Shot Clock - activate during the game to freeze the
24 second shot clock.

Numpad 7: End Quarter - end the current quarter.

Guys,whenever I use the cheats for salary cap increase or hard cap increase,i get the boost on the "team budget" page,but then after a second whatever I do,those milions aren't there.Am I doing something wrong or what?

can anyone make cheat or trainer which adds development hours on assotiation mode?

sorry for bad english.

i have a problem with that trainer... when i choose options 3,4,5 in budget menu i see effect but when i come back to for example another screen like i don't know maybe "home" and next i come back to "budget" everything came back to normal... i don't know whats going now...
