I had the same problem, simple solution, restart the game, but dont enable any options, go stretch your legs whilst the unskipple intro plays then come back play till after youve gone thru the tutorial bits of the game, then enable the options. Its not like the game is gona be remotely hard that you need unlimited health before your first mission anyway.

you 'll have definitely to update your graphic card pilot
if you don't want to be stuck !
