Anyone else having issues with all enemies just dying (unlimited health + ammo activated)

Edit: Scratch that as well, seem to be back now after getting to a new area

i just want to ask but it seems there are no more 1 ko cheats any more in trainers... is there reason for that? (2 easy enemy or somthing?)
