Just wondering why is the only option in the "Promo" trainer for this game to "Level Down"..?
who in their right mind want to level down when they have leveled all that way without cheating, it makes no sense to me at all.

You could level down then get more attribute points by leveling up again then you would have better hero at higher level than you would normally have at that level just a guess.
