Odd...I tried using this trainer, but eventually the ammo did nothing (bullets made of air?). The Invincible option didn't seem to work either...I still got killed.
Having said that, it's a pretty easy game to play.

did you wait and press F1 to activate the trainer AFTER the game had loaded and NOT at the main menu like the instructions state?

Loaded the game at beginning of level and use the F1 key to activate trainer and game crashed. Will try the other cheats...
