Yes a trainer. If you can work out an option in single carrier mode(become a pro or master) or whatever its called. There is a possibility to delegate some point to you player and the more points he has in one field the quicker he improves.

Yeah me too... waiting for a trainer to get skillpoints up to 99 in Legend mode...
PS: would be nice to be able to rais the FWD time when you have to sit on bank from 2x to 16x or something else... boring to look a game while sitting on bank

Please include freeze stamina function in your trainer. Especially player stamina in Become a Legend mode.
