Game doesn't appear to be out here either in the UK All retailers are stating 7th November as release date Is it only available in certain countries?

It is already out in Germany,but in german language only...

Yes the game is avaible if you are willing to import it.
The game has been finished. Cdv and deepsilver
just decided not to release it to test the
game more.Try playasia they sell the
international english version.And yes the game
is in english not just the installation.
the english version was released in other
countries by differnt publishers.

I bought mine in the USA at www.gogamer.com... they have the U.K. version in stock and I recieved it in 4 days. A very reliable and safe place to buy games... have been dealing with them for 5 years now.

Couldnt tell you how they got the U.K. version, only know the Eng-Uk patch is the one that works with the retail version I
bought...
