i agree that improvements need to be done for the lines man... the next release should show the lines man waving his flag if he spots an offside or foul and should also indicate the ball is out for a throw in.

I play both FIFA and PES series since 2003.
Well, I've got to say that both FIFA 09 and PES 2009 were failures.
Especially PES!
There were no big improvments comparing to prior version.
Just a disappointing "Become a Legend" has been added.
I personally prefer FIFA's "Be a Pro".

here's an ideea for you...fifa 2010 should have a button for simulations, and referees that don't always make the wright decisions (they should compensate obvoiusly, but still make some mistakes)...and there should be more action outside the pitch, like seing all the fans outside the stadion coming in and stuff like that...also, i think that the players and coaches and staff members should have a more interactive life, not just an interview once a month...i would also like to see more real scores and transfers (i mean come on, how come sevilla managed to buy buffon ?! it's just not real, and other examples like that), transfers should be more often and between teams more equal in value...another thing: all players should be characterised with higher skill points and overalls, and young players should be able to grow faster and better on a better team (for example if you discover a player with 71 OVR and 16 years old in the forth english league and transfer him to manchester, he should grow much more then if he were to remain there)...and the last idea of the day for me: users should be rewarded with points for every time they do a chalenge (for example, if i win 20 games in a row i get some points, if i win another 20 games in a row i win the same amount of points again, or if i win the ECC 10 times, i should be rewarded 10 times, or achieving an indefeated season more then once), and the last difficulty level (legendary) to become easier to get to (i mean, if i decide to only play with barca in manager mode, why shouldn't i be able to play in legendary difficulty the last 5 years if i've collected enough user points ?!)...i guess that's it for now...but if i come up with some new ones, i'll be sure to let you know...

May be you guys should buy pes if u don't like Fifa.

I think most of these ideas apply to PES too.
Talking to our dear friend, ATAL, I should say that all these ideas don't mean that we don't like FIFA series.
These ideas are just for better games in next releases.

Adding to my ideas, I should say:
-Important matches should have something special in them! For Example, El Clasico or Chelsea v ManUtd or other big matches should have something special, for example at least in pre-match enterings, crowd coloring for support for home team.(Barca crowd have shown this in real world.)
-Although players tiring system has some improvements, but it doesn't seem so realistic yet, in real world some players play as a starting eleven player the whole season, and about stamina on the pitch; I think there should be two stamina bars: one, a stamina bar which indicates player energy till the end of the match, and two, an instant stamina bar which indicates how much energy has left for player to perform in a single possession. (For example some pro gamers can rush to the opponent's net and dribble everyone with a goalkeeper and even score a goal. Have you seen similar thing in real world?)

That was all for now I could remember.

I just think if we combined all the teams and Leagues of FIFA 09 with the gameplay of PES 09 we would get a great game.
