playing wow and loving it although some ppl you can't talk to due to race or in game language barriers.. so can i learn other in game wow languages???

No, What your class has is all you can learn. There is no official Translator but if you pay attention Kek Means lol, if you play both horde and alliance you can be able to translate somethings at sometimes, but blizzard has claimed that every so often what you see as the opposite faction changes so there is no way to tell what they are saying, which so far i see is not true.
