Trainer doesn't detect game

Regarding the Mega Trainer 1.01, Speed Boost, Unlimited Ammo, Blind ....

For awhile the trainer was working but now when I run the game it doesn't detect it. I have the right trainer version for the game. I don't have this problem with any other trainer and I have read the FAQ. Does anyone know what's wrong?

May be an AV program is blocking the trainer to access game memory?
