I tried it. Its kind of like playing super mario. Collect the coins and stuff. Only big difference is you can swap between characters that have different abilities. Stronger, jump higher, tougher, do more damage etc. As far as a trainer I don't know what would be good. It seems pretty easy, but I only played one level. Maybe a no damage taken godmode.
