Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Antimatter Shields
Numpad 2: Covalent Armour
Numpad 3: Quark Spin Hull
Numpad 4: Burn Matter Speed
Numpad 5: Replicator Arms

Notes
------

Numpad 1: Shields- Reroute Antimatter splitter to increase shields.

Numpad 2: Armour- Reroute Covalent Bond beam to increase armour.

Numpad 3: Hull- Apply Quark Spin Parallel Charge to strengthen hull.

Numpad 4: Speed- Drop small bits of matter into the engine
ring which will increase speed exponentionally beyond normal
capability. Simply scroll mouse wheel down to begin slow down
to normal speed.

Numpad 5: Arms- Concentrate large matter beams onto ship armament bays
which will divide their atomic makeup and create more arms.
This will increase the missles and supplies of many ship layouts
but not all.
