I killed everything and did the hidden room part. but now i cant leave past there. the gate is still shut and i cant go further then the secret door. how do i open the door before it? plz help

I have the Collectors Edition and have beat this game once already. My character is level 147 and I can't find anyone to play with maybe we could link up and I could help you. I had the same problem but somehow I got out of Custers Mansion and continued on with my quest.
