How are you even suppose to enter these cheats and are these even real cheats?

Yes, they are real cheats. To enter them go to the extras menu and then go to passwords. Then enter each cheat that you want.

just a question im trying to beat vam is this the last level and how many times does it take did it 9 times and he keeps getting up ? is there a special weapon i should be using

I'm not sure how many times it takes but you need to grab him and use the syringe on him. Then you can kill him.
