If your using the Trainer "1.5.04" and you are unable to stop bleeding or unable to get enough bandages in Clear Sky:
Get the "Trader" mod. (from here)
Closely follow the directions to install the mod. Example: If you have installed the CD game version you still need to make some directories. The path would be:
You may need to create the directories from Gamedata down.
When you enter the game the trader will have all the weapons and bandages/health kits for trade. 20x bandages per game restart. 5x restart will get you 100 bandages. Get the blue health kits too. One will heal bleeding.
Dont be greedy and get too much stuff from the trader, he will die if you do and the late game problems may be awful.

I used that mod....And just modded my suit to allow more artifacts to be carried, there are 3 artifacts that add 20, 30 and 40 to bleeding protection...I used them. I no longer bleed.

I actually found a "cheat" file that makes you invincible (radiation can kill you tho). NO BLEEDING. I just can't remember where the hell I did get that. Google it.
It was all about editing the damage caused by bullets, monsters and such.

The original post is using the 1.5.04 trainer with all the options on (i.e. Unlimited Health, No Radiation Damage, etc.). Even though you can't die you will continue to bleed until the dreaded "beating heart" sound is going constantly. In Chernobyl the beating heart would go away shortly after taking what would have been a fatal hit. In Clear Sky (trainer running) you won't die, but I don't know of any other method of stopping the bleeding as of yet than to stock up on banages, health kits, and certain artifacts. There has been other posts about this problem and I don't know if the Trainer designers can do anything about this problem.

Yeah I found this out early on, was about to die so I activated trainer options so I could get out of there and then I could not stop the bleeding

Before you get to heavy fighting in Limansk/Pripyat/NPP seek out massive fields of heat anomalies and go diving. Find Flame and Eye artifacts. Wear those and you wont bleed for longer than few seconds even w/o bandages.
