apparently CRYTEK reports that for now there is no 64 bit version of WARHEAD.
there are many postings about this online.
I can confirm this with my VISTA 64 bit install that for now this game is only 32 bit.

It will install and run, but only at 32-bit DX-10.

the game runs in vista x64 on dx10 very well[enthuzist settings that are the equivalent of "very high settings" on old crysis]
