I have been having trouble with the game Spore everytime I save the game. I have been getting the message Save Game Failed - Spore will now exit... and so on. So is there a way for me not to have this problem happen so I can save as many times as I want to without the message?

information. information. information.
how do you think can we help you, if you dont give us any information on your system and the way you play the game?
what kind of computer do you have? what OS? do you start the game as administrator or something, if you use vista? do you have any backup sofware or anything similar* running while spore is running? do you use special or unusual hardware? how much discspace do you have available and how much of it is empty? all things like that.
*antivirus software, defragmentation software, partition managtment tools or harddrive encryption programs. in short: anything that constantly, randomly or on specific occasions writes on, reads from your harddiscs or prevents other programs from writing on or reading from your harddrives.

ok here ill tell you. i got a VAIO computer and it has Windows Vista Home Premium Edition as the OS. There are some programs running in the background like antivirus, firewall, antispyware, and some other stuff. I got plenty of space on my computer to put the game on like 175GB out of 226GB.

try turning off the anti-spyware and the antivirus-thingy for the time playing. maybe it helps.
and do you run spore with administrative rights?
i myself dont use vista and never have, but i heared, that it is rather restrictive, if a program doesnt have the right previleges . . .
