I'm having some troubles with the Trainer for the Retail release. The trainer activates fine, but as soon as I get into a game and put my mouse over my city, the trainer causes the game to crash. Any suggestions how I can fix this? I've read the readme, there was nothing in it on this, and I didn't find anything on the troubleshooting page that seemed applicable.

using the no-cd fix? disabled antivirus, running as administrator, etc

it might be ur comp specs too is ur comp powerful enough to run it? im using backup of this game with no cd fix n all runs ok with mine i tried the game with retail version on my other comp i was getting crashes when i activated the trainer so i messed with the game settings started to work but soon as i used health cheat it crashed so now im running game on min on old comp runs great now no crashes or freezing. hope that helps

I am having the exact same problem. Whenever my mouse passes over a city, the game crashes. Perhaps this is peculiar to the US download-only version?

EDIT: Actually, if this trainer was made for the original, retail version, perhaps it won't work with the US version? If there's any way to fix that, it would be immensely appreciated! To be honest, I bought the game only because of this trainer. ROTK without cheats is like a day without sunshine.

I'm having the same issues. As soon as I mouse over it dies on me. And what do you mean by no cd fix?

Ya, it does. As soon as I dl'd the patch it worked fine.
