Here's the readme on the options:

Options
-------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Money
Numpad 2: Unlimited Army
Numpad 3: Heal Unit
Numpad 4: Drain Unit
Numpad 5: Re-Energize Unit
Numpad 6: Global Health
Numpad 7: Global Energy
Numpad 8: TimeOut
Numpad 9: Change Teams
Numpad 0: Instant Cooldowns
Numpad *: Demoralize Army

Notes
------

Numpad 1: Unlimited Money - activate to give unlimited money. You may not notice
increase until you buy a unit, etc.

Numpad 2: Unlimited Army - activate to give unlimited Units. You may not notice
increase until you buy a unit, etc.

Numpad 3: Heal Unit - select a unit and then press option to max it's health out-

Numpad 4: Drain Unit - select a unit and then press option to drain it's health.

Numpad 5: Re-Energize Unit - select a unit and then press option to return unit's
health to maximum-

Numpad 6: Global Health - all your units will remain invincible.

Numpad 7: Global Energy - all your units will have unlimited energy.

Numpad 8: TimeOut - use this option for strategic reasons. Everyone will cease
fire until it is turned off. You can still move troops around, etc.

Numpad 9: Change Teams - select the unit and press this key and that unit will
be under your control. This may affect scripted events so use this
option wisely

Numpad 0: Instant Cooldowns - your special abilities will be available nearly
instantly, rather than the wait time normally imposed by the game. Because
of the way the game uses cooldowns for so many units, etc., you will
have to press this over and over again when you need to reset a cooldown
timer for a particular reason-

Numpad *: Demoralize Army - pressing this key sends a massive energy pulse that
demoralizes ALL UNITS on the map except for your own units, which effectively
saps their health to nearly zero.

why does the trainer crash the game under windows7?
