Sorry, but I know that once a trainer has been made, it can't be modified.
You can maybe use these programs for building your own trainer: Tsearch v.1.6 and Trainer Maker Kit v.1.51 and seach for tutorials for them and if you can't, contact me.

I think "can't" is a bit of an exaggeration to say the least... maybe you mean "won't"...? And even then, people/groups do release updates all the time, usually for an update version of the given game (v1.1 to v1.2 or whatever) but that hasn't stopped them from adding features as well. Perhaps you refer to official cheat happens trainers or something?
