i finaly figured out how to use the mods and it wasnt anyone
from this site who helped was a friend of mine
told me to try "makeing" a resources folder in my ds2 folder
& guess what it worked i didnt have to reinstall at all
im guessin this info will come in handy for those
like i was who didnt know wtf we was supposed to do
now ima go enjoy my mods later
