no, you don't.
you can capture a city of a different alignment and keep it.

Would it be possible to make the trainer put everything in your cargo hold to 99? Trying to fill up my hold with plants and animals and it's so slow to get them to a high enough number to make it work while.
Also, maybe one that you can press to complete quests and the random emergencies? The file that changes the time between hits is all well and good, but not for games you are already playing.

Oh. I thought it was updated and added to on an ongoing basis, which was one of the main reasons I payed for membership. Didn't know it was a one off kind of thing.

I think they have already updated this trainer 7-9 times.

We spent quite a bit of time on this game and have updated it multiple times already. Unfortunately there are other games being released besides Spore and people expect trainers for those games as well. We may come back and add options to this game at a later date. We will continue to update this trainer to new versions when they are released.
