whats a program i can use to put the codes in xml format so i can put them in the data manager
also is there a code to get all the starting pokemon? like in the gameshark for gba that let you choose a starter and after you choose the first one you could click on another and get that too etc.

There are only two that I know of.
1.)You can just use Action Replay Code Manager's My Lists box for adding codes(Not that user friendly though)
2.)This one by Sappharad Link (I've never used this personally but I've seen vids and it seems ok.)
Personally I like to make my Codelists manually in notepad because I can modify certain things and since I have "ARDS-Media Edition" I can copy the Codelists onto my MicroSD card and import it directly so there is no need for a program. If you want an example I can PM you a link to download a Codelist I've made.
To Answer your Second Question:
No not that I know of , but I can get you one. PM me where you want them to Appear?(Ex:Party or PC-Box)
lol is that the code for the team you used against me??
indeed.
