instead of downloading that file, you can edit the the files for the game and change the command points and all that stuff your self. its in like a read me file or something i think. i read how to do it on a website a long time ago but i forgot it.

What i supose to do with INI.big to this works ???

To enable editing of the INI.big you have to extract the files from the INI.big of whatever version of BFME you are playing using the Final Big Editor available here....

then just follow commodog's instructions to allow the game app to load the local extracted files. Make sure you are extracting after updating as the INI.big is also updated. The extracted files are editable and will allow you to change a vast array of settings - prices, health, recharge times etc etc so you can make the game easier - or if you're a masochist - much harder. If you mangle the files you will have to extract and start again.
